Babies & Children at Appointments
To make sure you receive the full benefit of your colour analysis, appointments are designed to be a calm, focused and uninterrupted experience.
For this reason, children are not able to attend appointments.
I understand that childcare can be particularly difficult with a young baby. If you need to bring your baby with you, please contact me before your appointment so we can discuss what will work best. You are also very welcome to bring a support person who can help care for your baby during the consultation.
Thank you for understanding. This policy allows me to give you the time, attention and quality of service you have booked and paid for.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that plans change and sometimes appointments need to be moved or cancelled. I will always try to be reasonable and accommodating where I can.
At the same time, when you book an appointment with Adelaide Colour Analysis, that time is reserved specifically for you. In some cases, I may also adjust my availability or open additional appointment times to accommodate a client. For this reason, the following policy applies to all bookings.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Rescheduling
If you give more than 7 days’ notice, your full payment can be transferred to a new appointment date.
One reschedule is permitted with adequate notice.
Any further changes may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional booking fee.
Cancelling with more than 7 days’ notice
If you choose to cancel your appointment rather than reschedule:
$200 of your $250 appointment fee will be refunded.
$50 will be retained as a booking and administration fee.
This reflects the time involved in managing your booking, reserving your appointment time and, where applicable, adjusting availability to accommodate you.
If you would prefer to reschedule, your full $250 payment can instead be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancelling within 7 days
Appointments cancelled within 7 days are non-refundable.
However, one transfer to another appointment date may be offered at my discretion, particularly in genuine or unexpected circumstances.
Cancelling within 48 hours or not attending
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in the full appointment fee being forfeited.
If Adelaide Colour Analysis needs to cancel
If I need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of:
transferring your full payment to another appointment date, or
receiving a full refund.
A final note
This policy is not intended to penalise clients. It allows me to protect the time reserved for each appointment and the administrative work involved in managing bookings, while still allowing reasonable flexibility when circumstances change.
